[Testing Update] 2019-12-16 - KDE-git, Systemd v244.1, Upstream Rebuilds

Hello community,
I am happy to announce another Testing Update.
Some feature-updates:
We updated KDE-git packages
SystemD is now at v244 series 38. Please report any issues you may have with it.
the usual upstream fixes
If you like following latest Plasma development you may also like to check out our current version of mnjaro-kde-vanilla 7, which we build on a regular basis against kde-git master packages. Also check out our current 18.1.4 ISOs 3 and give us the needed feedback.
